How would you like to meet the team from Ford Performance Racing on your site?   One lucky site will win a barbeque hosted by the Ford Performance Racing team.    All you need to is fill out this contact form and tell us a little about yourself and your company and you'll be automatically entered in the draw to win.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 8am, EST local time on 25/10/10, and entries close at 4pm EST local time on 8/12/10 (Promotional Period).
3. Entry is open only to residents of Victoria who receive promotional piece AUDM8041 & register for the promotion on whywypall.com with the promotional code on that promotional piece.  Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, Entrants must register for the promotion on whywypall.com (by submitting their entry and details as requested) during the Promotional Period.
5. All Entrants who enter as above will be placed in a draw to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia offices located in Milsons Point, NSW at 4pm on the 15/12/10 . The first valid entry drawn will win the promotion prize ("Prize"). Limit of one entry per person and per promotional code.
6. The prize is a barbeque event (provided by Kimberly-Clark Professional) to be held on the winning customer's premises (or if the customer requests otherwise, at another nominated premises agreed by Promoter and winner) & attended by representatives from the FPR Racing team nominated by Promoter (subject to availability and on a date agreed by the Promoter). Food will be provided by Promoter and selected in its discretion. Prize must be taken by 12 January 2011.  Total prize value is up to $1,000 including GST.
7. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 as are necessary on 20/12/10 for an unclaimed Prize.
8. The winner will be notified by phone and mail, and will be published in The Age on 18 December 2010.
9. The value of the prize is dependant upon the number of people on site of the winning customers &  is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to validate entries, and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
13. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using the Prize (including for participating in the barbeque) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes (including to contact the entrant to arrange a time for the entrant to meet Promoter's sales team), unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities.  An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
